The Saint Anne Parish Faith Formation Program continues to reflect our parish's commitment to the Second Vatican Council's affirmation thatparents are their children's primary religious educators. We consider this to be a commitment to parents as well as their children, and we make every effort to include all family members in our activities and educational processes. Our goal is to work in partnership with parents as they fulfill their role as "primary religious educators." We commit ourselves to provide them with the experience of a living faith to their children.
As our parish's programs grow and develop, we strive to continue our focus on the importance of family as the center of faith growth and development. We commit ourselves to work together so that our faith formation programs for adults and children can nourish and develop our faith.
Our Curriculum for each grade will greatly stress the importance of the Mass and Eucharist as the source and summit of our faith. To that end, we will not be holding Faith Formation classes on Sundays so that families will be able to attend Mass on a regular basis and enjoy the rest of their day.
